By downloading or using HerPhase, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Age Requirement

HerPhase is intended for users age 13 and older. If you are under 13, do not use the app.

Description of Service

HerPhase is a cycle journal for user-entered settings, check-ins, and notes. The free-first submission build stores these entries locally and does not send them to a developer-operated server. Device backups and transfers follow your operating-system settings.

HerPhase provides general wellness information only. It does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, contraception, or fertility guidance. Consult a healthcare professional for medical concerns.

Subscription Terms

The free-first submission build does not require a subscription. Premium subscription terms will be added before any version that enables purchase or restore flows.

Apple Standard EULA

If you downloaded HerPhase from the App Store, Apple's standard licensed application end user license agreement applies in addition to these terms: Apple Standard EULA.

Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code in HerPhase are the property of the developer. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute the app except where permitted by law.

Disclaimer

HerPhase is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of HerPhase.

Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
